Updog Studio is the first and only fully facilitated hot yoga studio in the East Coast area. It offers a range of hot and non-hot yoga classes such as hot flow, hot 26, hatha, yin and yinyang. Apart from the Hot Flow, which requires some yoga experience, the other classes are ideal for all levels. Detoxification and nutrition workshops will also be offered by Updog’s highly qualified team including co-owner, Chef Emmanuel Stroobant. Be hot, go hot!
