JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Pizza Cook, you are responsible for the set-up and mis-en-place of the Pizza section. In charge of pizza station, mis-en-place, oven management, preparation of toppings and foremost ensure fast production of high-quality pizzas. A team player with good communications skills between kitchen, delivery and floor team.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PIZZA COOK

Preparations of pizza dough according to the precise measurements

To knead and shape the pizza dough into individual portion and sprinkles each section with flour to prevent crust forming until used

Must be efficient in making sure that all mis-en-place for pizza toppings are done and are sufficient during busy shifts

To clean and maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas

Adherence to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programmes

REQUIREMENTS OF A PIZZA COOK:

To possess previous experience in an Italian restaurant setting which serves pizza

Must be a team player that communicate well and have great interpersonal skills

Must be able to work well under pressure

Must be responsible and uncompromising in achieving the company’s goals and standards

Must possess a positive attitude with an enthusiasm to learn
